Caleb  is  an  avid  learner  with  a  background  in  organizational  operations,  VIP  hospitality,  event  logistics,  and  creative storytelling.  He’s  supported  700+  VIP guests  at  the  World  Athletics  Championships,  led  20-person  teams  to  bring  youth  basketball  initiatives  to  life,  and  currently  manages  operations  and  culture  at  Grizzly,  a creative agency  in  San  Diego.  When  he’s  not coordinating  logistics,  managing  podcast  production,  or  creating  templates  in  Adobe  Illustrator,  he’s  probably  out  taking  photos  with  his  Leica  M3,  creating  a fire  Spotify  playlist,  or  reading his new favorite adventure book (currently  Lord  of  the  Rings:  Return  of  the  King).  Caleb  lives  to  learn  new  things,  make  an  impact,  and  build  lasting  relationships.
